The hotel staff was the best I have ever experienced, helpful, friendly, fun, and very good with our kids. They sat with us and showed us pictures of some of the movies that had been shot at the Kasbah only a few hundred meters from the hotel, Gladiator and Prince of Persia to name a few. The food was excellent, the rooms were immaculate, well laid out and comfortable, the decor was impeccable and creative, and the location was great, on the main road of the town, near the Kasbah, but no roads are noisy in the the town of Ait Ben Haddou. Originally we stayed the because the rate was great, now we would go back because the staff and the hotel are fabulous.
The only thing we did not like was that we did not stay longer. As my daughter said, it was the best hotel ever. I hope we can go back.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, good food.
They don't accept credit, but I didn't see that.

Extremely helpful owners/staff and excellent breakfast. Location near perfect overlooking historic site. Strongly recommended and great value for money
Minor surprising points let hotel down ie. better bedroom lighting, poor shower design flooding floor. Despite this, it is definately worth staying here.

The couple that owns the hotel and the father were very welcoming and accomodating, giving the hotel a very personal feel. The rooms were simple but ideal for our family, including a children's table and chairs in our suite. The location was perfect for visting Ait Ben Haddou, and the price was just right. The food was excellent as well!
The showers were hard to use given their size and lack of curtain.

Nice location; close to Ait Benhaddou, good views from the roof top, nice man in reception, meals at night.
The room is too cold, a heater is urgently needed

The hosts were extremely warm and helpful. The hotel itself is a cute melange of traditional Moroccan detail and modern facilities (a wireless connection in the middle of nowhere is more than welcome). The location's really great if epic adventure is what you're looking for: Ait Ben Haddou is just minutes away! Plus the price is crazy low.
The bathroom is really small, but decent if you aren't too picky. The hotel has no heating, so it might get quite cold at night during the winter.

The hotel staff is very friendly
The room doesn't have A/C but the ratio quality/price is very good.

The nice family business environment, the breakfast, good facilities/common places. Good location, being a couple of minutes away from Ait-Ben-Haddou Kasbah.
Non-english speaking staff, which limited communication for us. Unlike all the other hostels & riads we've been in Morroco, this was the only one that didn't gave a free Thê.

Homely welcome feeling, relaxing atmosphere, staff/owners provided excellent service. Particularly liked the warm downstairs lounge area for a drink.
Room had musty smell and dinner took awhile although food was very good.
